As a seasoned HR professional now with Hewitt Associate’s Talent Acquisition Solutions group, Ray has experience in leading, and in contributing to, project teams, managing high volume work efforts both internally, and also in support of external clients. He joined Hewitt Associates in June of 2007, as a Sr. Sourcing Specialist. Prior to joining Hewitt Associates, Ray served in many diverse HR Roles, but primarily sourcing and recruiting, for the following companies or organizations: Carolina Handling Company; General Steel Company; Georgia State University; Habitat for Humanity International; Hunt Oil Company; Inland Steel Company; Oglethorpe University; Panasonic USA; Phillips Consumer Electronics; SYGMA Network; The Home Depot and the U.S. Army.

Ray has a Bachelor’s of Applied Science (BAS) in Resources Management, and a Master’s of Science (MS) in Personnel Management from Troy University. He was certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) in 1979. He has also served on Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) national committees for more than 7 years. Ray has more than over 18 years of HR-related experience and is now living in the Atlanta area.

Amybeth began her career in research in the summer of 2002 as the sole researcher for an award-winning MRI-affiliated executive search firm in Ohio. She then served as the Manager of Internet Research for a recruiting franchisor in NE Ohio where she provided research support to franchise offices and implemented, customized, and conducted training classes for contact management databases as well as passive researching techniques. After having worked as a sourcing strategist with a PR agency based in Seattle, she is currently a Talent Attraction Manager with AT&T.

Amybeth also maintains an internet research blog,, where she is affectionately known as the “Research Goddess”. She has been a speaker at SourceCon and the Fordyce Forum and has also been published and quoted in well-known publications such as Advertising Age and The Fordyce Letter. She is a proponent of responsible professional networking and believes that there is something to be learned from every person you encounter in life.

Amybeth graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science. She currently resides in  northwestern WA.
